| 1 | The study of local history in general and of Mayfield and district in particular. |
| 2 | The publication of the results of such study, where applicable, in the form of books, leaflets or other papers for the instruction and information of the people of Mayfield and visitors to the district. |
| 3 | The engagement of speakers and the arrangement of programmes, exhibitions and visits to places of interest to further the objects in (1) and (2) above. |
| 4 | To do all things including the raising, spending and holding of funds in order to achieve the above objects. |
Although many restrictions have been lifted for the Scout Hut it is important to know the conditions of hire for the Mayfield Scout Hut.
